To Cancel appointment please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it will be canceled. All services are nonrefundable. For Example: A 60 minute session includes 10 minutes for consultation, undress and redress and 50 minutes of hands-on time. WannaSpa by Wannapa reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion, at any time before or during a massage session, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Reasons for refusal may include, but are not limited to, disruptive behavior, failure to comply with spa policies, safety concerns, or operational limitations.
