You will be required to pay an initial deposit amount of $100 when the appointment is accepted. In the case of an emergency, appointments can be rescheduled.

To Cancel appointment please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it will be canceled. All services are nonrefundable. Reasons for refusal may include, but are not limited to, disruptive behavior, failure to comply with spa policies, safety concerns, or operational limitations.
