Cancellation Policy
WannaSpa Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy At WannaSpa by Wannapa LLC, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because we provide dedicated 1-on-1 clinical care and unhurried sanctuary treatments, the following policies protect both your reserved time and our operational schedule: 1. Booking Deposit & Refund Terms $100 Deposit Required: A $100 deposit is required to confirm and secure every appointment on our schedule. Advance Notice Refund (24+ Hours): If you cancel your session with more than 24 hours’ advance notice, your $100 deposit is 100% fully refundable to your original payment method, or you may transfer it toward a rescheduled date. Non-Refundable Services: Once a massage therapy service has been performed, payments are strictly non-refundable. 2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations Under 24 Hours: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the $100 deposit to cover the reserved suite time and therapist availability. No-Shows: Failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notifying us results in immediate forfeiture of the $100 deposit. Rescheduling: After an untimely cancellation or no-show, a new deposit will be required to book a subsequent session. 3. Punctuality & 10-Minute Grace Window Please arrive a few minutes early to settle into your sanctuary time. If you arrive late, your session will conclude at the scheduled end time so subsequent client appointments are not disrupted. Full session fees apply. Over 10 Minutes Late: Arriving more than 10 minutes past your scheduled start time is treated as a same-day cancellation. To maintain clinical standards and unhurried care, the appointment will be canceled and the $100 deposit will be retained. 4. Session Breakdown & Hands-On Time Every scheduled session includes a 10-minute structural window for consultation, intake assessment, and private undress/redress time. Example: A 60-minute booking includes 10 minutes for consultation and transition, and 50 minutes of focused hands-on bodywork. 5. Unforeseen Medical Emergencies We recognize that acute, severe illness or sudden personal emergencies occur. If an unexpected emergency arises within the 24-hour window, please notify us immediately. At our discretion, your $100 deposit may be credited toward a one-time rescheduled appointment rather than forfeited.
